This Privacy Policy explains how PH Consulting Services LLC, d/b/a Vibra Connect (“Vibra,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Vibra Connect website, mobile apps, and related features (the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. California residents should also see the California Notice at Collection.
This Policy applies to customers, vendors, prospective users, and visitors. “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a person or household. It does not apply to information that is aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer be linked to you.
We collect the categories of personal information below:
- Account & identity — name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile photo, city, and (for vendors) business name, category, service area, and public bio.
- Verification — information you provide to verify your identity, business, or credentials.
- Bookings & communications — event details, dates, addresses, guest count, messages between customers and vendors, quotes, and support requests.
- Payments — limited billing details, transaction amounts, and payout information; full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by Vibra.
- Content — photos, videos, audio, and text you upload, including reviews and portfolio media.
- Preferences — favorites, saved searches, notification settings, and language.
- Device & usage data — see Section 4.
- Location — approximate (city / region) location derived from IP, and, if you grant permission, precise location for search and directions (see Section 5).
When you use the Service, we automatically collect: IP address, device type and model, operating system and version, app version, browser type, language, time zone, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, features used, search queries, actions taken, crash logs, diagnostics, and general performance data. This data helps us keep the Service secure, reliable, and useful.
Our mobile app may request the following device permissions. Each is optional and can be changed at any time in your device settings.
- Location — to show vendors near you, calculate distance, and pre-fill event location.
- Camera — to let you take profile, portfolio, or event photos and videos, and to scan documents where applicable.
- Photos / media library — to let you upload existing photos and videos to your profile, listing, or messages.
- Push notifications — to send booking updates, message alerts, payment confirmations, and (with your opt-in) marketing.
- Microphone — only if you record audio or video within the app.
Denying a permission may limit related features but will not block core access to the Service.
We receive information (a) directly from you, (b) automatically as you use the Service, (c) from other users (for example, when a customer sends you a booking request), and (d) from service providers such as payment, mapping, analytics, communications, hosting, and identity/OAuth partners.

Where applicable law requires it, we process personal information under one or more legal bases: (a) performing a contract with you (e.g., providing bookings), (b) our legitimate interests in operating a safe, useful marketplace, (c) your consent (e.g., marketing SMS, precise location), and (d) compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax, fraud, safety).
We engage independent, contractually bound service providers to help operate the Service, described here in general categories only (no vendor names, endpoints, or internal architecture): cloud hosting and databases; authentication and identity; payment processing and payouts; email and SMS delivery; push-notification delivery; analytics and product measurement; mapping and geocoding; media storage, streaming, and moderation; error and performance monitoring; and customer support tooling. Providers may only use personal information to perform services for us and consistent with this Policy.
Transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts, policy updates) are part of the Service; opting out of them may require closing your account.
Marketing emails and SMS are sent only with your opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the in-app controls, the unsubscribe link in emails, or by replying STOP to any marketing SMS; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We honor opt-out requests immediately where technically possible and no later than 10 business days.
We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used, diagnose issues, and improve features. Analytics providers process data on our behalf under written contracts. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles about you across unrelated third-party sites.
- Account data — retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after an account deletion request, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Booking, payment, tax, invoice, and financial records — retained for 7 years to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.
- Security, audit, and fraud-prevention logs — retained for up to 7 years where necessary to protect Vibra, our users, or to comply with legal obligations.
- Marketing opt-outs — honored immediately where technically possible and no later than 10 business days, except for transactional communications required to provide the Service.
- Backups — may persist in secure backup systems for a limited period until overwritten.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, contact us at legal@vibraconnect.app.

If Vibra is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the acquiring party continuing to honor the material terms of this Policy or providing notice of any material change.
