Vibra Connect respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. This Policy supplements the Terms & Conditions.
If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@vibraconnect.app with the subject line “DMCA Notice.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and its location on the Service (URL or specific description sufficient for us to find it).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actioned.
Upon receiving a compliant notice, Vibra may remove or disable access to the Content, notify the alleged infringer, and, in appropriate cases, take account-level action.
If you believe your Content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@vibraconnect.app with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice” that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed Content and its former location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the Content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for the district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, California if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the Content.
Vibra will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Trademark concerns (for example, use of a business name or logo you own) should be sent to legal@vibraconnect.app with the subject line “Trademark Complaint” and evidence of ownership and alleged misuse.
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), and may lead to account suspension.
