Account Deletion

1. Overview

You can delete your Vibra Connect account and associated personal information at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what must be retained for legal, financial, or safety reasons under our Privacy Policy.

2. Delete from within the app

Open the Vibra Connect app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete account.
Review the warning screen, re-authenticate, and confirm.

3. Delete from the web request form

If you cannot access the app, email legal@vibraconnect.app from the address on your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We may verify your identity before processing.

4. What happens when you delete

Your profile is hidden from other users and search.
Your listings (if any) are unpublished.
Your personal information in your profile is deleted or anonymized.
Your account is signed out on all devices.
Open, non-terminal bookings must be resolved before deletion; you will be asked to cancel or complete them first.

5. What is retained and why

Certain records are retained to comply with law and to protect the community:

Booking, payment, tax, invoice, and financial records — 7 years, for legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Security, audit, and fraud-prevention logs — up to 7 years where necessary.
Reviews you wrote or received — may remain visible in de-identified form to preserve marketplace integrity.
Backups — may persist for a limited period until overwritten in the ordinary course.

6. Vendors: important notes

Deleting a vendor account does not refund the $100 Vendor Launch Fee and does not waive any commission or amounts owed. Cancel any active Membership before deletion to prevent the next billing cycle. Membership access ends at the close of the current paid period, with no prorated refunds.
