Vibra Connect brings customers and independent event professionals together. These Guidelines keep the community safe, honest, and useful. They apply to everything on the Service — profiles, listings, messages, media, reviews, and off-platform behavior related to a Vibra booking. They are part of, and enforced alongside, the Terms & Conditions.
Treat every person on Vibra with respect regardless of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory refusal of service are not allowed.
Represent yourself, your business, your services, and your media truthfully. Do not impersonate others. Do not create duplicate accounts to manipulate ratings, search, or messaging. Keep profile information current.
Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience of a completed booking. Do not post, buy, sell, incentivize, or coordinate fake or biased reviews. Do not review your own business or a direct competitor. Do not use reviews to threaten, retaliate, or blackmail.
Prioritize safety on-site. Follow venue rules, local ordinances, and safety regulations. Do not perform under the influence. Report unsafe conditions immediately and, if there is an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Do not upload or share:
- content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights;
- sexually explicit, violent, or graphic material;
- content that promotes hate, self-harm, or illegal activity;
- content depicting minors in an unsafe, exploitative, or non-consensual manner;
- malware, phishing, or deceptive links;
- spam or unsolicited commercial content.
Respect the privacy of customers, guests, venue staff, and other vendors. Do not share another person’s personal information without consent. Obtain necessary releases before publishing recognizable photos or videos of guests, especially minors.
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
- Solicitation to move a Vibra-introduced booking off-platform to avoid fees or protections.
- Chargeback abuse or false claims.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
- Discriminatory refusal of service or slurs of any kind.
- Harassment, stalking, doxing, or threats.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, adult services, or other services prohibited by law.
Vibra may issue warnings, hide or remove Content, restrict features, delist listings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban repeat or serious violators. Where practicable we will explain the reason and, for non-safety issues, offer a chance to cure. Serious violations may be referred to authorities.
