You're charged when you accept a vendor's quote and complete Stripe checkout. If the vendor sets a deposit, only the deposit is charged upfront; the balance is charged on the schedule shown in the quote.
All payments run through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. Vibra never stores your card number. You can pay with any major credit or debit card supported by Stripe in your country.
Charges appear as "VIBRA CONNECT" on your statement. A detailed receipt is emailed the moment payment succeeds, and every receipt is also available from the booking's timeline.
